The Rotary Club of Wi******er has presented $20,566 to Blue Ridge Care to support its Veterans Program. The funds represent a portion of the proceeds from the 2026 Healing Field of Honor, which displayed more than 800 American flags across the grounds of John Handley High School during Memorial Day weekend.
Blue Ridge Care’s Veterans Program provides specialized care, companionship, and recognition for veterans and their families during the final stages of life. Through veteran-to-veteran connections, trained volunteers provide companionship rooted in shared service.
The Rotary Club of Wi******er thanks the community, sponsors, flag sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who supported the 2026 Healing Field of Honor.
