🍎Vietnam Veterans of America 1019 has resumed our meetings every first Tuesday of the month! Meetings are held at Wi******er Elks Lodge #867 (466 Front Royal Pike, Rt.522 side entrance beside big red apple)

😞Fifty years ago today, the Ohio National Guard fired on Kent State University students as they protested against the Vietnam War, killing four and injuring nine. The shooting, now known as the Kent State massacre, dramatically changed the nation.

The shootings turned the tide of public opinion against the Vietnam War, and some political officials even argued that it played a role in the downfall of the Nixon administration. Today, the incident symbolizes the political and social divides brought on by the Vietnam War.

Hello folks! We hope you're all doing well during this roller coaster ride we call, "Corona Virus, Covid19 or Pandemic." Please keep in touch and let us know if anyone needs help.

We're still working on the application here at Facebook to do Fundraisers, but they are backed up for now.
