Shenandoah University's Food Recovery Network Food Recovery Network is the largest student movement fighting food waste and hunger in America!

At Shenandoah's FRN, students package the leftover food from the dining halls twice a week and deliver them to the local food pantry!

For the week of May 14-23, Food Recovery Network will be placing collection boxes in each Residence Hall where you can donate unopened, perfectly good food as students move out of the dorms. All food will be donated to C-Cap and will help prevent food from going to waste in our community!

Previously you all have known us as Campus Kitchens, unfortunately over the summer CKP closed. Now, we are partnering with the Food Recovery Network! FRN is the largest student movement fighting food waste and hunger in America! This week we will have our first shift of fall semester - come to Allen Dining hall at 7pm tomorrow to help package the left over food!
