Last Thursday JCN FFA traveled out to Washington KS for Area State land. The Team finished with a 3rd place plaque overall. Individually Abe Lollar was 3rd followed by Carina Johnson 5th and Dawson Lindsay 6th. Very impressive performance by the whole team with a big jump in scores from Districts!

Yesterday JCN FFA traveled down to Perry for Land and Entomology. In Land the A team brought home a plaque with a 3rd place overall finish with medal recipients Ella Coppinger 3rd, Wyatt Silvers 8th, Carina Johnson 10th. In B-Team division, Knox Heston received a 10th place medal as well with B-team ending in 4th. On the Entomology side the team narrowly missed a plaque finishing 4th and led by Lane Coppinger. Great job to all of our participants!

On Monday, 9 JCN members traveled to the state fair to help represent Kansas FFA. By helping greet visitors in the Agricultural Education barn the members got to help tell their own agricultural stories in relation to the grand and reserve champion market animals on display. Thank you to Kansas FFA for hosting us!
