Director of Marketing and Communications Kimberly Couture and Payroll and Scanning Specialist Kassi Whittemore present a check from the OTIS Federal Credit Union in support of the Courtesy Boat Inspection program at Wilson Lake with CBI Natalie Furka and FOWL member Barry Hathaway. Generous business sponsors like the OTIS Federal Credit Union help make it possible to staff the Canal Street boat ramp for 15 weekends each summer to help prevent the spread of invasive aquatic species.

The Buoy is Back!

The tapered winter buoy was replaced with the big red float on May 21. Equipped with new temperature sensors and refurbished dissolved oxygen sensors, another six years or more of data collection is anticipated.
