🌟 **Jamboree Bid Season is still open!** 🌟

Jamboree bids are open through the end of this month, and we're excited to see what our amazing districts have to offer! So far, we haven't received any bids, which means there's still plenty of opportunity for **your district to step into the spotlight.**

Hosting Jamboree is a great way to:
🐴 Showcase your arena and community
🤝 Bring members together
💰 Raise funds for both your district **and** CGA
🎉 Create a fun and memorable event for everyone

And don't let the word **"bid"** intimidate you! It's really just a simple way of letting us know what your facility has to offer and what it would cost to host. Nothing fancy required.

Remember, CGA reimburses the hosting district for consumable event expenses such as sand, flour, copy paper, and similar supplies. Just like our Classics, Jamboree is a fundraiser that benefits the entire organization, and it succeeds because of the teamwork and dedication of our districts.

🎇Do you have a wonderful product or service you'd like to showcase at 52nd Annual State Championship Finals 2026? If you are interested in being a vendor, email [email protected] for a vendor form or print the form below.

Here are a few details:

👉California Gymkhana Association asks that each vendor donate an item for our Silent Auction (valued $50 or greater)

👉🆕Non-food vendors will pay a $65 vendor fee directly to CGA ⭐💥Note: This is different than previously posted and changed at the request of Bolado Park to streamline the process.

👉 Camping cost will be the responsibility of the vendor if it is not already reserved as part of a State Show Entry

➡️For $10 you'll get a random spot ON THE PRIZE WHEEL and you'll be entered into an opportunity drawing. There will be TWO winners, big $$! The first person will earn a $600 credit to be used towards 2026 CGA State Championship Finals Entry Fees. The second person will earn a $400 credit to be used towards 2026 CGA State Championship Finals Entry Fees.

💥 200 spots💥 will be sold and a live event will be scheduled once spots are full and paid for. The post will be updated from time to time letting folks know how many spots remain available.

⚠️You can ONLY pay via Venmo ⚠️ Please do not claim spots if you cannot pay via Venmo.

The credits can be applied to any 52nd Annual State Championship Finals 2026 fees including regular events, set-ups, camping, stalls, team events, jackpots, etc.
Live Event Draw will take place once all spots are all full and paid for.
