Where are you riding?

and Lion are getting ready for the summer Fun .

Yes, we rescue, rehabilitate, retrain, and adopt out America's at-risk horses. Every program is horse welfare first.

We proudly have some of the most amazing horses in our program.
Rescue is not a dirty word. We view it as a responsible word. Come visit or ask why and how.

Our program is available for veterans, first responders, and the active military as well as Hippotherapy.

We have programs that clients pay for, and the money brought in then supports our rescued horses, 45 in 2025, 100% profit goes to the horses and programs offered at Rising Starr.
Through a correct, safety/horse first curriculum, we are guiding riders of all ages to their personal success.

Our , , and fall 2926/2027 season is already filling up.
(Students went to IEA National finals , we are the 2025 AEL regular and special national champions as well as the 2026 AEL special National Champions).
