Foothills Land Conservancy Foothills Land Conservancy is a volunteer group dedicated to the preservation of open space in Wilton, Maine.

The Conservancy on Wilson Pond is a mix of fields, streams, and forest open to visitors. Foothills Land Conservancy is a land trust located in Wilton, Maine. Its mission is to promote, for the benefit of the general public, the conservation of resources located primarily in foothills region of western Maine.

On May 22, at 6:00 at Twice Sold Tales, local Maine writers Gretchen Legler and Doug Dunlap will read from their work in this anthology, with an introduction by Michael Burke. This anthology celebrates various land trusts, and all proceeds benefit the Foothills Land Conservancy. Hope to see you there!

The Annual Meeting will be Monday, June 23, at 5:30 pm in the Academy Hill Cafeteria. This will be a business meeting. Unlike most years we won't have a program; instead, we are invited to a presentation on the watershed survey done jointly with FOWL on June 26, Thursday 7:00 at the Cushing School.

Let us know if you have questions. Hope to see you at both these events!
