Let’s Talk Mental Health Community Conversation

Join the Wilton community at the Riverbrook Regional YMCA on October 22, 2026, at 9:15 AM for a discussion on mental health and substance abuse. Youth and adults in our community and across the country are facing various mental health challenges. This event aims to foster connection and conversation, reassuring attendees that they are not alone. RSVP via link in bio

Navigating these topics and the healthcare system can be difficult and isolating. We are coming together to engage in meaningful dialogue and explore the resources available in our community. The event will cover various aspects of mental health, offer guidance on recognizing signs of concern in both youth and adults, and discuss challenges and resources for navigating the ever-changing mental health system.

And that’s a wrap on another incredible triathlon season for the RRY Tri-Club! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️
From first sprint tris to first full-distance finishes—and plenty of podiums along the way—we had so much to celebrate!
But the greatest achievement was the way we supported and encouraged each other through the early mornings, tough workouts, long miles, and everything in between.
Congratulations to everyone on an amazing season! Here’s to the accomplishments, the memories, and all the miles ahead.
RRY Tri-Club — stronger together, one mile at a time!
