Mikey B Sobriety Project I want to share my story of recovery in hopes of inspiring others 🙏 Additional topics include, motivation, self-awarness, healthy living and mental health.

This page features discussions and topics that dwell deeply into my experiences as an alcohalic, my recovery, the creation of my own program, why it worked for me, and my message to the world about how I believe we can start helping younger people not have to go through the loss and pain before getting help for addiction. I believe the world is at a crucial time where we all need to focus on the improvement of mental health and it all starts with working on ourselves everyday.
