Attention Parents & Guardians – Action Needed!
Summer registration is required.
Both new and returning members must enroll for Summer!!
This includes:
Returning members: You must re-enroll in the system.
New members: You must complete your first-time enrollment through the system.
Unfortunately, if your child is not enrolled and registered, they will not be able to attend the Club — including summer programs.

Summer Registration is $30.00 per member. Payment is due at the time of enrollment on the parent portal.
Summer Program weekly fees are $40.00 you will be able to view balances and make payments through your parent portal.
What age groups are eligible for the Boys and Girls Club summer programs?
The Boys and Girls Club summer program is open to children aged 5 to 18.
Step-by-Step Registration Guide
Registering for the BGC summer programs is easier than deciding what flavor of ice cream to get on a hot day! Here’s a quick rundown:
Visit your Parent Portal Here https://bgcredrivervalleyoklahoma.my.site.com/portal
1. Select "Create Account”
2. Enter your parent/guardian information first (not your child's).
3. Click "Submit"
4. An email will be sent to the email address entered. Follow the link in that email to set up your account password.
5. Return to the Parent Portal and login using your email and new password.
6. Click on Register for Memberships.
7. Select the Club location your child will attend.
8. Select summer membership for that location
9. If your child is a current or returning member select their name in the contact list. If your child is a new member, you will click Add Household Member.
10. Answer all required questions and click next.
11. When you reach the payment screen, please complete payment for the enrollment fee at that time. If payment is not completed at that time the application is not completed. It will save as a draft for 5 days, then the system deletes it.
If you are returning to the Club but it is your FIRST time in this Parent Portal, use the same parent/guardian first and last name and email address that your Club has on file, your account will be linked.
