The club has grown and matured over the years to support numerous programs including support of the Visually Impaired

Wilson Evening Lions Club is hosting a Food Drive on Saturday, November 15th. Please come out and support our veterans at the Piggly Wiggly on Ward Blvd in Wilson. Time is from 9 am to 3 pm.

Whirligig Festival this weekend in Wilson. We will be selling patio and house brooms.First time this year, we will be selling Toy/Hearth brooms. Also selling whisk brooms and scrubeez. We also have a raffle for various prizes. Our booth is located on Nash Street across from the courthouse. Saturday 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 11 am to 5 pm. Come out and meet our members.
If you are interested in joining our organization, we will gladly talk to you about it.

The Wilson Evening Lions Club would like to send a big “Thanks” to the Piggly Wiggly on Ward Blvd for providing their facility and assistance in our food drive for our veterans. We are definitely grateful to all in the community that donated food today and send many “Thanks.” A lot of food was donated to the Veterans Residential Services to help our veterans in need.

It’s that time of the year for the Whirligig Festival in Wilson,NC. Come out to support the Wilson Evening Lions Club. House brooms $15. Patio brooms $20 Whisk brooms $8 Scrubeez $5. $1 raffle tickets for various gift certificates and prizes. All proceeds help the visually impaired of Wilson County.
