The Wells Elementary PTO was excited to welcome our staff back by sponsoring a baked potato bar with all the trimmings! We hope you enjoyed a delicious lunch and felt a little extra appreciated as you kicked off the new school year.

Join the Healthcare Foundation of Wilson at Ripe for Revival's Mobile Food Market for our Back to School Bash!

While you're shopping the market, stop by our Back to School Bash to collect essentials including flash cards, workbooks, after school snacks, and more, while supplies last. The Health Department will also be on-site providing dental hygiene information and resources. Speak with one of our community partners and receive a $10.00 voucher to shop the market.

Ripe for Revival's Mobile Food Market makes it easy to shop fresh, local produce through a pay-what-you-can, pay-it-forward model.

Getting ready for a new school year? We’re here to help make it a little easier.

Join Wilson County Health Department for Kids First: Wellness Day on Tuesday, July 14, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Families can take care of several back-to-school health needs in one stop, including assessments for Kindergarten, Pre-K, and Head Start, sports physicals, and immunizations. There will be dental screening appointments available, information on WIC services, and more.

Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. To register or ask questions, call 252-237-3141 ext. 6780.
