Thanks to everyone who helped us raise almost $28,000 and $2,500 in other donations for the 2011 Nash Street Mile. The patient's from Wilson Regional Cancer Center truly appreciate the kindness and generosity from everyone who donatated, volunteered, and participated in the event.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Nash Street Mile a huge success. Thank you to all the volunteers, donors, participants, Wilson police, firefighters, and EMS. We couldn't do what we do without your help! Check out all the great pictures on the wall!

Reminder: Pre-registered runners and walkers can pick up their packets today and tomorrow.

* We are still accepting registration for all races!!! Come be part of this wonderful event! Lots of things going on that day.. Arts Unlimited and Monkey Business will be out selling their beautiful craft items. The SAVE Club will be offering face painting, games, and race time babysitting for children. All children must be signed in and out by the same adult! The Girlscouts will be manning the bouncy house. We will have coffee and hot chocolate along with other items. Nash Street Mile boxes will be out for you to give your donations!

**** Tell everyone you know to be at The Wilson Public Library this Saturday, November 19. Can't wait to see you there. Come be part of something big ang put a smile on your face knowing you have helped the cancer patient's in Wilson out!!!****

There will be a volunteer meeting on Wednesday, November 16th floating from 4-6. Come by to pick up your shirt and information for race on Saturday, November 19. Volunteers to be out at race no later then 7am.
