The SOAR Program serves adults over the age of 25 who are former offenders seeking the opportunity to make a better life for their families and themselves. The SOAR Program seeks to address lacks in training, work read

iness skills, and assistance with job placement. The WIOA Program serves eligible and suitable Youth ages 16-24 with barriers to school or employment. The WIOA Program assists youth with work readiness skills, leadership development, financial literacy, and paid work experience opportunities. Our health department is dedicated to assisting the community by providing free health screenings including screenings for communicable diseases and sexually transmitted infections. We also offer a host of courses which lead to credentials including the national Career Readiness Certification (CRC).
