A strong community doesn’t happen by accident.

It happens when someone volunteers an hour. When a business donates an item. When a neighbor checks in. When people attend the fundraiser, share the post or simply ask, “How can I help?”

There is something special about living in a place where people still notice when a neighbor needs help.

They bring meals. They donate what they can. They make phone calls, organize benefits and show up without needing recognition for it.

That spirit is what makes Wilsall more than a place on the map. It makes it home.

Sometimes it helps a neighbor through an unexpected crisis.

Sometimes it makes sure a community project has what it needs to move forward.

The Wilsall Foundation exists to help local generosity reach the people and projects that make our community stronger. Every donation, volunteer hour and shared post plays a part.

🍎 And just like that… it’s back-to-school time in the Shields Valley!

Monday means backpacks packed, lunches made, alarm clocks set and another school year beginning for our local kiddos. 💛

To the students heading into a brand-new classroom, the teachers and staff getting ready to welcome them, and the parents wondering how summer possibly went that fast — we’re wishing you a wonderful first day and an even better year ahead.

Here’s to learning new things, making good friends, trying something that feels a little scary, and growing a whole lot along the way.

Local support goes further when we work together.

One of the ways the Wilsall Foundation helps strengthen our community is through fiscal partnerships with local organizations and events.

These partnerships allow community-driven projects to operate under the Foundation’s nonprofit umbrella, helping them access resources, receive charitable contributions, and keep more support right here in our area.

The Wilsall Rodeo is one example of what that collaboration can look like — local people supporting local traditions and helping make sure they continue for generations to come.

Because when our community works together, the impact keeps giving.

Need a place to gather? The Wilsall Dance Hall is here for it.

From celebrations and community gatherings to meetings, classes, fundraisers and everything in between, the Wilsall Dance Hall offers a simple, affordable space right here in Wilsall.

The hall includes tables and chairs and can accommodate:

🤎 Up to 125 seated
🤎 Up to 270 unseated
🤎 Rentals starting at $40/hour
🤎 Full-day rentals starting at $150/day

Your event doesn't have to be fancy to deserve a great place to gather. And when you rent locally, you're also helping support a space that belongs to and serves our community.
