• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Kentucky. Before joining Valeo in 2022, Kriss (my wi
fe) and I served as Mission Specialists at OCMC, supporting the care and training of long-term global workers for Christ. We’ve been engaged in vocational ministry since 2000 and supporting those in cross-cultural ministry since 2007. As a seasoned trainer, my style of training is characterized by delivering digestible and compelling content through audience engagement, practical activities, and relevant resources. I strive to equip not only the head and hands, but also the heart and health of audiences large and small. My approach to counseling is strength-focused, empathy-driven, and skill-based, drawing on the best of evidence-based clinical practice with a pastoral heart. Whether training or counseling, I strive to serve others in ways that call forth the inherent goodness that may have become tarnished under the stressors and strains of life—to equip and empower global workers and the people and systems who care for them, to be resilient in their life and ministry according to the will and for the Glory of the Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
