TeenSHARP seniors from across the region recently came together for our Class of 2026 Senior Celebration Cookout in Wilmington, Delaware! 🎓

The day was filled with great food, music, laughter, and time to simply enjoy being together as a community. These students have put in the work all year long, and this celebration was about recognizing their effort while making memories with the peers who have been alongside them throughout the journey.

The Class of 2026 is full of brilliance, joy, and purpose, and we cannot wait to see what they do next 🙌🏾

They said it couldn’t be done. The TeenSHARP Class of 2026 did it anyway. 🎓

This year’s seniors are headed to some of the nation’s most selective colleges and universities, including Harvard University, Stanford University, Yale University, Brown University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Penn State, Columbia University, Vanderbilt University, Emory University, and more. 💥

Along the way, they earned:

✨ Full-ride scholarships

✨ QuestBridge Matches

✨ Gates Scholarships

✨ Coca-Cola Scholar honors

✨ Jefferson Scholarships

✨ Life-changing financial aid packages

At a time when access is narrowing for Black, Latino, immigrant, first-generation, and low-income students, TeenSHARP students continue to rise, redefine expectations, and prove what’s possible.

The future looks SHARP.

On May 7, TeenSHARP will host a one-hour session offering a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the changing landscape of selective college admissions and how families can navigate it more effectively.

For the past 17 years, TeenSHARP has supported students across the country in applying to highly selective colleges, helping them achieve strong outcomes while prioritizing graduation with minimal or no debt. In this session, we will walk through how the admissions process actually plays out in practice.

Topics will include how admissions decisions are truly made, where families often misread the process, what is really happening with financial aid and how different strategies impact cost and debt, and why students with similar academic profiles can have very different outcomes. The session will also include time for live Q&A focused on what is changing now and what it means for students applying in the coming years.

If you are invested in how students access and succeed at selective colleges, or support others navigating this process, this session will provide valuable insight. Register to attend: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/NIxkCHDIT9-X0-srxvZKdQ #/registration

This week, TeenSHARP scholars engaged in a high-impact conversation with executives from Croda, a global life sciences company.

The discussion explored how scientific research and innovation are evolving in the age of AI, robotics, and machine learning, giving students direct exposure to the future of STEM careers. The visit also included time with the Executive Director of the Croda Foundation, who traveled from the UK.

As Croda expands its philanthropic efforts in Delaware, TeenSHARP is proud to be a partner in that work and recently received a significant investment to further support our scholars.

TeenSHARP is proud to welcome Alina de Zoysa as our new Pre-College Programs Coordinator.

A dedicated alumna of the TeenSHARP Striver Program, Alina spent six years growing within our community before earning a full scholarship to Washington and Lee University as a Johnson Scholar. Throughout her journey, she has remained deeply committed to mentoring and uplifting fellow scholars.

Alina brings both lived experience and professional excellence to this role. As an Obama-Chesky Voyager Scholar, she contributed to equity-centered education policy at the U.S. Department of Education, strengthening her commitment to expanding access and opportunity.

In her new role, she will work directly with scholars to build competitive college applications while advancing the strength and impact of our pre-college programming.

Alina embodies the very mission of TeenSHARP, a leader who thrives and returns to lift others. We are excited for the impact she will continue to make.

DGCA is free and open to Delaware high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors.

A few years ago, TeenSHARP alumna Bolu received word from Stanford University that she would be joining the Class of 2027.

The sticker price was $92,000.
Her cost to attend? $0.

This year, we celebrated again. With TeenSHARP’s support, her younger sister Ati will also be attending Stanford.

With Stanford’s 4% acceptance rate, stories like this might seem rare.

But at TeenSHARP, since our inception in 2009, we have been particularly successful with mission: "leave no sibling behind.”
We don’t leave outcomes to chance.
We don’t rely on luck.

We have a blueprint.

If you know a high-achieving Delaware high school student who is ready to dream bigger and prepare for what’s possible, invite them to the Delaware Goes to College Academy (DGCA).

This free, statewide bootcamp gives students the tools, strategy, and confidence to navigate the college admissions process and build a clear path toward their future.

With just a few hours left in
, we’re excited to share that our community has already raised $15,875 toward our $20,000 goal over the past 18 hours.

This progress has been made possible thanks to the generous contributions of 17 supporters, along with a $5,000 match from a committed donor who stepped forward at the start of the campaign.

We are now just $4,125 away from our goal.

If we reach $20,000 before the campaign ends, that same donor will contribute an additional $5,000.

Every gift right now helps push us across the finish line. Make your
