At Tender Hearts, we believe that every child deserves more than simply having their medical needs met. They deserve opportunities. They deserve independence. They deserve inclusion. And above all, they deserve the joy of being a child.
For families raising medically fragile children, the simplest everyday activities can sometimes present the greatest challenges.
Getting safely through the front door. Moving freely around the house. Enjoying a bicycle ride. Taking a bath safely. Participating in the everyday moments that bring families together.

Through our Mobility Program, we help Delaware families overcome obstacles that insurance and other resources often leave behind.
From wheelchair ramps and stair lifts to adaptive bicycles, bathroom modifications, and specialized equipment, our work is about so much more than accessibility.
