Imperial Dynasty Arts Program Imperial Dynasty Arts program consists of a competitive WGI Open Class indoor percussion ensemble and other youth enrichment activities in the arts.

Imperial Dynasty is built on positive, often reconstructed discipline, perseverance, trust, self-esteem, teamwork, motivation, positive attitudes, education, awareness and personal success. Our vision came to life in 2003 and has steadily progressed. More children have been removed from the street corners and are using their time in a more positive way in the structured environment offered. We are

a competitive drumline and colorguard associated with Winter Guard International (WGI), Tournament of Bands Indoor Association (TIA) and the American Marching Association (AMA) . We have 3 competing squads with 65 active members ranging in ages from 11 - 21. We have successfully completed our 9th competitive season and have won many trophies including seven (7) National Titles and two (2) State Championships in the AMA circuit. In TIA, we have completed our 4th season receiving Gold and Silver medals at Chapter 9 Championships and receiving Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at All-Chapter Championships in Wildwood, New Jersey. We have made local appearances for the Neighborhood Network of the City of Wilmington, coordinated and participated in the Wilmington games, Duffy's Hope at the Blue Rocks Stadium, Juneteenth events, and have represented our city on First Night. Our goal at this time is to increase parental involvement in assisting with practices, chaperoning and organizing committees. We also plan to implement self- awareness seminars, career opportunity workshops, reading challenges, and acknowledge academic achievement for honor roll and perfect attendance. We encourage “PLAY” and healthy lifestyles with exercise and healthy eating habits. As we continue through the years we look forward to continued growth, ensuring every member has a memorable experience with our organization. We continuously welcome the support of parents and our community.

🎭🥁 FEED THE DREAM – SUPPORT OUR JOURNEY TO DAYTON! 🥁🎭

The Imperial Dynasty Arts Program is heading to the WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio, to perform their production of "A VISION IN A DREAM" and we need your help to keep our performers energized and ready to give their best performance!

Traveling and competing at this level is an incredible opportunity for our students, but it also means long rehearsal days, travel schedules, and a lot of hungry performers. That’s why we’ve launched our “Feed the Dream” Campaign — a simple way for our community to support our members and staff by helping provide meals during championships week.
