On August 26th, Christina Cultural Arts Center is bringing the vibes to The Nomad Bar - Wilmington, Delaware at 5:30pm for a Guest Bartending Fundraiser featuring a DJ, live painting, giveaways, special guests, and more, with proceeds supporting Soul of the City. On August 28th, from 5pm – 10pm, join the Mother African Union Church and Delaware Historical Society for a block party celebrating the arts during this year’s August Quarterly, featuring a Harlem Renaissance theme, music, dance, food trucks, and vendors. Then, on August 30th, at 8pm, don’t miss The All Star Band at The Queen, featuring well-known local and regional musicians and a special tribute to Nik Everett, with proceeds benefiting the Light Up The Queen Foundation and music education for underserved youth in Wilmington.
