Brandywine Hundred Rotary Club is an organization of leaders who come together to make positive, lasting change in Delaware and abroad.

The club meets every Thursday morning for breakfast at First Watch on Rt 202 from 7:30am - 8:30am.

This morning at our Brandywine Rotary meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing from an incredible local organization, Waggies Dog Biscuits from Maggie & Friends 🐾

Waggies Dog Biscuits is more than just a treat company. It’s a mission-driven program that provides meaningful employment and life-skills training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through hands on work baking and packaging healthy, all-natural dog treats, participants gain confidence, independence, and valuable job experience, all while giving back to our furry friends!

It was truly inspiring to learn how after 18 years, Maggie & Friends continues being in business to create opportunities, build community, and make a positive impact right here in our area.

The Brandywine Hundred Rotary Club had the opportunity to gather for our after the holidays get-together last night. It was great to spend time with fellow members and reflect on the impact we continue to make together.

Being part of the Rotary Club is such a meaningful way to give back to the community, and we are all so grateful to be involved with an organization so dedicated to service.

🎄✨ Stockings for Soldiers 2025 ✨🎄
This past week, the Brandywine Hundred Rotary was honored to participate in the Stockings for Soldiers project. We’re proud to support our soldiers serving overseas and to share a bit of holiday cheer with those who sacrifice so much for us.

The Brandywine Hundred Rotary was delighted to once again join hands with the Ministry of Caring for our annual holiday gift-wrapping event for children in need. This year, our hearts were full as we donated an abundance of gifts to brighten the season for every child in this wonderful program.

Spreading kindness is one of our greatest joys, and being able to support families who need a little extra cheer this time of year means so much to us. We hope these gifts bring smiles, warmth, and a touch of holiday magic to the children and families we proudly serve.

In honor of all our veterans—past and present—and the heroes in our lives today, the Brandywine Hundred Rotary proudly hosted this year’s Flags for Heroes event this past Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Each flag represents a tribute to someone’s hero, a family member, friend, neighbor, or service member who has made a difference. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community members and volunteers, we were able to raise and donate:

This Tuesday, November 11 at 8:30 AM, the Brandywine Hundred Rotary Club invites you to our annual Flags for Heroes ceremony in honor of Veterans Day.

Come out and witness a breathtaking display of over 500 American flags, each representing a hero who has made a difference in our lives and our community. The ceremony will take place on the corner of Concord Pike and Lebanon Road.

It was a beautiful morning as the Brandywine Hundred Rotary and many helpful volunteers helped install the donated flags in tribute to all our past, present, and future heroes: Military, First Responders, and Essential Personnel. Join us this upcoming Tuesday, November 11 for our Flag Dedication Ceremony at 8:30am! This year our donations are going directly to supporting the New Castle County Mounted Police Organization as well as the Stop Soldier Su***de Organization. The public is welcome to attend.
Date: Tuesday, November 11th
Location: Corner of Concord Pike and Lebanon Road
Time: 8:30am-this ceremony will be an hour long.
