🦊Another animal rescue in the books:

💙This baby fox somehow found itself trapped inside the old pool pump house. That’s the first building you see as you enter the courtyard.

☹️It was letting people know that it needed help by peering out and pawing at the window from the inside.

💕Good people went out of their way to contact the garden manager, who was able to contact someone nearby to get the key and let it out. THANK YOU Sandra and Glen!

🔧We think we know where it entered, so we are definitely going to shore up those entrances!!

🐸 This young bullfrog thought that the Venus Fountain would be a good place to swim, not realizing that it is full of chlorine, and there is no way to escape.

🔎 Thankfully, we spotted the youngster before it was in there too long.

💧 After rinsing it off in fresh rainwater that had collected in buckets, we relocated it to the Reflecting Pool. This is most likely the place where it started out as an egg, lived as a tadpole and developed into the beauty it is now.

🛟 Rescue Mission Accomplished!

A less common view from inside the Teahouse. A little bit of a different perspective can make a big difference!

Who is this awesome guy? This is Joe, one of Gibraltar’s AMAZING volunteers!

Joe popped by the garden on this beautiful day to replace three broken window panes in the Garden Shed.

What could have been a very expensive job was done in under an hour by a volunteer who had the skills, supplies, knowledge and willingness to help.

Our volunteers bring so many different talents to Gibraltar, and we are incredibly lucky to have them.

THANK YOU, Joe! 🌿👏
