The deadline to register to vote for the 2026 General Election is THIS SATURDAY, October 10 at 11:59 PM!

You can register in person at the Latin American Community Center.

Can’t make it to LACC? No problem! There are other ways to register, including registering online, by mail, or at other designated locations.

Don’t wait until the last minute! Make sure you’re registered and ready to make your voice heard.

We’re excited to share some wonderful news from LACC’s Prevention Promoters program and our collaboration with The C.A.U.S.E. and .

is Delaware’s youth-led, community-wide awareness and prevention campaign that encourages people to share their personal “reason why” for choosing a healthy, substance-free lifestyle. Through positive messaging, resilience, and prevention, the campaign inspires individuals to identify what motivates them to live healthier lives and share that motivation with others.

This year, we are proud to announce that LACC’s Art Addiction event was recognized with the Best Collaboration Award!

As part of this collaboration, The C.A.U.S.E. joined us at Art Addiction with an interactive booth where community members had the opportunity to share their own “reason why.” We are especially proud that the award-winning video featured Yonathan Galindo, one of our Art Addiction judges.

Congratulations to everyone who helped make this collaboration meaningful and impactful. This recognition reflects what is possible when organizations and community members come together to promote prevention, healthy choices, and stronger communities.
