Not registered to vote in Delaware yet? You have until Saturday. 🗳️

The general election is Tuesday, November 3. The registration deadline is Saturday, October 10. Early voting runs October 22 through November 1.

Check your status at elections.delaware.gov, then tell one friend to check theirs.

JCI Wilmington is a strictly nonpartisan. We don't care who you vote for. We care that you can.

Settle it for us. 🏙️

Riverfront or Trolley Square?
Rockford Tower or Brandywine Park?
Wawa or Royal Farms?

Answer all three. No fence-sitting. We'll tally the results Friday.

Everybody has one. Name the teacher who changed things for you. 📚

Wilmington, Newark, wherever you grew up. Give us the first and last name so people can actually find them and say it.

We'll be in the comments reading every one.

Who made you smile this week? 🙂

One real answer in the comments.

The leaders you look up to didn’t start out knowing exactly how to lead.

They made mistakes, took chances, and learned. They stepped into opportunities that stretched them and grew along the way.

The truth is, you don’t become ready to lead by waiting. You become ready by leading. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to take the first step.

If you’re looking for a community of young leaders who will challenge you, encourage you, and help you grow, JCI USA is a place to start!

Ready to see what JCI is all about?
Fill out the interest form in the comments, and we’ll connect you with a JCI chapter in your area so you can take that first step toward becoming the leader you’re capable of being.

We're planning the next six months and we'd rather you decide than us.

A. A hands-on service day
B. A free skills workshop for young professionals
C. A neighborhood meet-up

Vote below, then tell us the specific version you'd actually show up for. Whatever wins, we'll announce it here and you'll know you picked it.

A. We've run the Wilmington Christmas Parade for decades
