Its work embodies a creative mix of hope and vision with pragmatic education and positive action. Pacem in Terris seeks to change attitudes and bring about involvement and actions that lead to positive

peaceful change on the local, national and global level. It helps people understand that peace is not just the absence of war and conflict, but a vibrant, thriving, safe, secure and sustainable neighborhood and world— that peace is a necessity for survival, not a luxury for the affluent.

We’re excited to see you Sunday, February 1st for the 10th Annual Pacem in Terris Visionary Peace Youth Art Exhibition at the Wilmington Library (10th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801).

Stop by anytime between 12:00–2:00 p.m. to view inspiring youth artwork, or join us 11:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. for a lower sensory, smaller-crowd experience. There is no formal program. The library is closed, but doors will be open for our event. The heating system is working!

Parking: There is some metered parking on 10th & Market Streets that is not snow covered (free on weekends), plus nearby garages and lots are open. The library does not validate parking.

Dear Teachers and Friends,

We are very excited about the 10th annual Visionary Peace Youth Art Exhibition! Given the forecast, the Pacem in Terris Visionary Peace Youth Art Exhibition has been rescheduled to Sunday, February 1st, from 12:00–2:00 p.m. at the Wilmington Library.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and hope you will be able to join us on the new date. An update will also be shared on our page.
