Cookie Incentives have arrived!

Along with learning business skills and earning funds for their adventures, Girl Scouts also enjoy incentives and patches for hitting their sales goals. Friday they finally arrived to our Area Cookie Coordinator for sorting and packing to our Girl Scout Troops!

Well done, Girl Scouts! We hope you enjoy the hundreds of stuffed Black Footed Ferrets, thousands of patches, and loads of Black Footed Ferret t-shirts!

Troop 444 providing service to youth in our community is a great example of Girl Scouting!

Birthday Boxes is a favorite among our county Girl Scouts as it's fun to do and every kid knows how nice it is to feel celebrated on your special day.

Great job, Girl Scouts! Thank you to Wilmington Housing Authority for accepting and helping distribute the boxes!

We cant wait for our annual Volunteer Appreciation Evening 5/18

We will celebrate the hard work our volunteers have done to support the Girl Scout mission of building girls of Courage, Confidence, and Character.

They've created programs, studied badge activities, trained for axe throwing or campfire cooking, learned how to deliver CPR, and practiced songs and now we get to award and celebrate them!

Volunteers, make sure you've checked Rallyhood if you're a co-leader or check with your troop leaders for the details.

Congratulations to New Hanover County troop 1455 for winning the Sunny 103.7 annual contest!

This contest is a favorite every Girl Scout cookie season and we are so very thankful to Sunny 103.7 Holmes Security Systems Perry's Emporium Matthews Motors Wilmington and Avance Care Wilmington for their support and sponsorship!

Girl Scout Troop 344 is one of our newer troops and really enjoyed the tour of the studio!

We love when our Girl Scouts get to explore the world of STEM!

Another one of our amazing community partners, The Wilmington Police Department, hosted a great community event today and made sure our Girl Scouts were invited. WPD showcased drones and what industries they're uses in, shared flight safety and best practices, and more.

The Girl Scout robotics team was also there to show all their skill and hardwork on their latest machine. Our own Girl Scout Service Unit Manager helped coordinate the event and is a member of WPD's drone team.

Thanks WPD for such an interesting community event!
