Join Delaware Real Estate Women for an exclusive site tour of Wilmington Law School’s new Convocation Center!

Wilmington University is constructing an 85,000-square-foot Convocation Center at its Brandywine site.
The $48 million facility will feature a 2,000-seat auditorium for graduation ceremonies and large events and will also house the University’s Criminal Justice Institute.

This is a hard hat tour so please bring your PPE including hardhats, safety glasses, vests, and substantial, close-toed shoes.

Member Spotlight! Delaware Real Estate Women's Board President,

Chandler Elliott-Fehle is once again facing her fear of heights and raising money for Special Olympics of Delaware by participating in Over the Edge May 14, 2026!

She will be rappelling down the north face of 300 Delaware Avenue - a 17-story building in downtown Wilmington. That's 222 feet!

More than the challenge of the rappel itself, she is excited about the difference her efforts make in helping the lives of Delaware's Special Olympics athletes.

Her goal is to raise $1,250.00, and she is halfway there!

A donation of any amount will help to make a big impact in the communities where Delaware's Special Olympics athletes live. Special Olympics Delaware provides year-round sports training, competition, leadership opportunities, and health screenings for thousands of athletes in Delaware - all at no charge.

We would greatly appreciate any support helping Chandler reach this target.

Delaware Real Estate Women Board of Directors April Meeting-These ladies do it all and make it look easy!

Delaware Real Estate Women's annual State of the Market-CRE panel was a meeting of the minds for CRE insiders that shared their local knowledge and expertise providing insight into Delaware's Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Jennifer Cohan moderated the panel consisting of brokers, builders, developers, engineers and lenders. The topics ranged from challenges, forecasts, and trends to the affordable housing crisis, permitting processes for state agencies and municipalities, tax reassessments, and school redistricting.

This event was open to the entire Delaware CRE Community – and we enjoyed seeing our male friends & colleagues.
We were fortunate to have the best and brightest in their respective fields join us for a morning of intelligent and interesting conversations.

Flashback Friday!

Delaware Real Estate Women was grateful for the opportunity to exclusively tour WuXi STA Pharmaceutical Manufacturing’s new campus in Middletown, Delaware during the construction phase last Friday.
There’s something uniquely inspiring about experiencing a project before it’s finished. Seeing the structure, systems, and vision come together in real time for this advanced manufacturing facility is awe inspiring!
Thank you to The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and everyone who took the time to walk us through the site, share insights, and answer questions. It’s clear how much coordination and craftsmanship goes into every detail.
Looking forward to seeing this project come to life!

DREW members attended the Riverfront Design Showcase today at CSC Station for the annual exhibition of new products where Pamela Motter and Sheri Gorman, LEED AP were both presenting.

Pam is a Sales Executive at Office Environments with over 25 years in the contract furniture industry, her background in Interior Design & Project Management makes her a key asset to both prospects and clients. Pam believes in the power of design to create positive connections within the workplace.
At Office Environments, she leads a motivated team dedicated to providing impeccable service, efficiency, and unwavering attention to detail, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceed client expectations. Sheri is the Vice-President of Business Development at Facility Services Group, founded in 2012.
