rents to meet others that have children in the same grade and to learn about organizations not affiliated with the school system (scouts, sports, etc). Our PTA organizes many events that enrich the education of our children. Some directly supplement education (school assemblies, book fair, etc). Others indirectly support education by taking on expenses that otherwise would draw from the educational budget (playground equipment, student planners, etc).
