Did you know that Canby Park is home to the City of Wilmington’s ONLY two disc golf courses?! To help ensure these courses thrive, we established the Canby Park Disc Golf Club! The Club will coordinate events, raise money, and maintain the courses in partnership with City Parks & Rec. 🥏⛳️⛓️

Our founding board members include Johnny Garcia, Brad Owens, Shemik Thompson, Sean Logue, Bobby Merrill, David Rushman, and Ronnie Krischbaum. 👏

Have you seen our new baskets while riding past Canby Park on Union Street?! If you’re a fan of disc golf, we’re pretty sure seeing our brand new Innova baskets from the road will make you smile! Like it or not, it’s the first thing you see when coming into the City from the west. 😁

Hole 6 is ready to go and holes 7-9 are coming soon! While the course isn’t done yet, it’s still fun to get out there and throw some discs! 🥏
