The community is the backbone of the foundation — from the instructors to the people who continue to show up, it all matters beyond words.

Kasey’s been a sole part of SGK, teaching month to month, and knowing exactly why it matters.

It’s $5 Friday. The average fitness class runs $25–$35. Your $5 covers a free class for someone in your community — instructors, supplies, space to slow down.

Thank you for being part of this.

Our Self Care Book Club is about more than finishing a book — it’s about what the book opens up.

Led by Jen Barrett, confidence and clarity coach, each selection gives us a starting point for reflection, perspective, and thoughtful conversation. The book helps guide the discussion, but the connection is always the bigger picture.

And now, we’re expanding that same idea with Curious Hour.

Curious Hour takes a thought-provoking question, often inspired by the themes we’re already exploring through Book Club, and gives us space to go deeper through guided conversation and shared perspective.

You can come to Book Club. You can come to Curious Hour. You can come to both. There’s no required sequence and no pressure to do it all.

Two ways to connect, reflect, and stay curious — both rooted in healthier social connection and meaningful conversation.

Self-Care Book Club returns August 24th at Huxley & Hiro Booksellers with ‘The Way of Integrity’ by Martha Beck, followed by Curious Hour on September 21st!

Come as you are. Everyone is welcome.

This August, every pilates class is sponsored and supported through the generous partnership with LifeMed Institute.

Because of their support, we’re able to continue creating accessible opportunities for movement, connection, and preventative wellness throughout our community.

Our Month of Pilates is more than a series of classes—it’s building toward an evening dedicated to helping women invest in their long-term health. Join us on September 1st at kaffé KARMA for a community Pilates class followed by our Women’s Health & Longevity Workshop led by Eric Rittmeyer of LifeMed Institute. Together, we’ll explore evidence-based approaches to strength, recovery, hormone health, and the everyday habits that support longevity.

Thank you to LifeMed Institute for believing in our mission and helping us continue to drive the impact further.

We can’t wait to move with you all month long. 🙏🏼🖤

** Pilates and workshop registration are separate — grab your spot through our online calendar now! **

KARMA Run Club is tomorrow.

In Delaware, 27% of adults report no leisure-time physical activity — no walking, running, or stretching in a typical week.

That’s what we’re here to change.

You don’t have to be a runner.
You don’t have to be fast.
You just have to show up.

Running consistently lowers your risk of heart disease, improves your mental health, strengthens your bones, and helps you live longer.
Preventative care.

It’s more likely to stick when you’re not doing it alone. People stay consistent with exercise when they feel connected to the group they’re with.
That’s what this is.

Bring your family — when kids see their parents or caregivers moving regularly, they’re more than twice as likely to be active themselves.

It sticks.
You are the role model.
Let them see you take care of yourself.

Serviam Track at 8:00 AM. Run, walk, jog — all paces welcome.

Free hot or iced coffee at kaffé KARMA. afterwards, as always.

Say hi to someone new. Give a high five.
We are all rooting for you.

See you there?

Community isn’t built alone—it’s built by people who choose to invest in one another.

We’re excited to welcome Engage Personal Training as our August sponsor for our Women’s-Only Good KARMA Walk Club.

Our mission has always been to make movement more accessible, less intimidating, and rooted in connection. Partners like Engage Personal Training help us continue creating spaces where women can show up exactly as they are, move their bodies, meet new people, and prioritize their health together.

Thank you to Engage for believing in the power of community wellness and helping us continue to make these mornings possible. 🙏🏼

We asked our community why they love SGK. This is what free and accessible wellness all intertwined with community actually sounds like.

Every voice in this video is someone who showed up for themselves — no cost, no barrier, just a mat and a supportive community waiting for them.

If this made you feel encouraged to come to one of our many events, or grateful that this exists in Delaware, it’s a good day for it: it’s $5 Friday. The average fitness class runs $25–$35. Your $5 directly funds a free class for someone in your community — instructors, supplies, and space to slow down.

Thank you for being part of this.

“Your whole life is a reflection of what you’re giving attention to.”

In Delaware, more than 6 in 10 adults are living with at least one chronic condition (CDC).

Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to change that — but the average group fitness class costs between $25–$35, and cost remains one of the most common reasons people don’t start.

That’s why we are breaking down all barriers to bring donation-based wellness to Delaware — accessible and free to the community.

This week, we are so grateful to have partner with The Picklr in Newark for a group pilates class — completely free, like every Spread Good Karma Foundation class. Funded entirely by donations from this community and local partnerships like The Picklr giving us more spaces to connect across the state.

We love seeing you take care of yourself and invest in your health. See you next time? Check out the full calendar on our website!

Our June Self-Care Book Club selection is Four Thousand Weeks by Oliver Burkeman. This book invites readers to rethink our relationship with time — not by trying to do more, but by reflecting on how we spend the limited time we have with more intention, presence, and clarity.

Join our Self-Care Book Club for meaningful conversation, fresh perspective, and space to grow together. We’ll meet at .karma on Monday, June 15th from 6:00pm–7:30pm to discuss the book and connect with each other.

There is no pressure to finish every page or every chapter — just the opportunity to show up, share, and learn alongside others.

Hope to see you there! 🖤
