Cape Fear Audubon in conjunction with Wild Bird & Garden has a Bird-Friendly habitat award program. Do a little something to make your yard (habitat) more friendly and receive a sign. Remove invasives and plant natives, or remove non-natives and plant natives, or remove some lawn and plant natives.

National Audubon has a Climate Watch program to survey 3 species of birds for one day during the latter part of January 2017 in the Pender, New Hanover and Brunswick counties. We, at Cape Fear Audubon, are looking for volunteers to do this one day survey. Send email to [email protected] for more information.
