On Wednesday, October 14, members of the Wilmington Rotary Club came together at NourishNC for a morning of service, fellowship, and fun! Our Rotarians joyfully moved down the assembly line, packing 800 bags of food that will go home with students in New Hanover County Schools to help ensure they have nutritious food when school is out.

There was plenty of chatting, laughter, and teamwork along the way, with extra care and a whole lot of heart going into every bag.

This was our club’s second time volunteering with NourishNC, and it’s quickly become a favorite and meaningful place for us to return. We’re grateful for the work NourishNC does to support local children and families, and we’re proud to play a small part in making a big difference.

That’s Rotary in action — Service Above Self! 💛

Service Above Self in action! The Wilmington Rotary Club recently spent an evening serving at the Good Shepherd Center, helping prepare fresh salads, vegetables, fruit, and tasty desserts to accompany the e4evening's fried chicken dinner.

Rotarians also brought much needed shampoo and conditioner requested by the Center.

We're proud to live out the Rotary spirit of Service Above Self and grateful for opportunities to serve our neighbors, support our community, and make a difference together.
