Joe Bradley, Owner/Inspector at WIN Home Inspection – Lebanon
Joe is always looking for new clients and he enjoys helping his ever-growing list of local Real Estate agents who have learned the quality Joe delivers on every Home Inspection. At WIN we see more. Clearly!
Joe Bradley has lived in the Oregonia/Clarksville area for 37 years, raising three kids who all attended and graduated from Clinton-Massie schools. Prior to owning his WIN Home Inspection business, Joe attended a vocational school where he pursued carpentry and also has an Architectural Engineering Associate Degree. He managed a custom wood shop for 10 years (1982-1992) and then joined a Worldwide Architecture firm and managed architectural projects for 28 years (1992-2020). What Joe loves most about this area is the laid-back feel of the rural country and plentiful outdoor activities. After years of coaching both his daughters' softball teams and leading his son’s Boy Scout troop as Scout Master, Joe spends most of his time with his wife Ila, family or out on the golf course. Joe also loves to work with our local Sleep in Heavenly Peace charity, where no kid sleeps on the floor with group bed builds and the final deliveries to the local children that need the beds.

We have an overall network of 209 Owners and a total of 386 inspectors (not including owners). 56 of these owners have multiple territories and multiple inspectors on their teams. 153 of these owners are like Joe and are the sole Inspector, marketer, accountant, and customer service rep.
As you can see, Joe has a huge network of fellow inspectors, where we all support one another.
WIN-Lebanon Customer Service - I will always have the time to spend with your
clients after the inspection is complete while on-site, or an evening phone or Zoom
call to walk them through the report. I pride myself in only doing one inspection a
day so I can devote the day to your client, and not be in a rush to get to my next
inspection.
