Unfortunately, the Port City Optimist Club disbanned last
year. There are 4 clubs remaining in the Wilmington area.
Cape Fear Optimist, Wilmington Optimist, Winter Park Optimist,
and Supper Optimist. We would love to have you check us out
and get involved in our many youth programs.

We are so excited to be pouring into the students at DC Virgo Preparatory Academy this year!! We would love to have you join us for a Campus Beautification event that they are having THIS Saturday, September 22nd, from 8:30 to 12:30 at D.C. Virgo. Projects include GE painting the cafeteria, weeding around the school, mulching, general clean up and other hands on projects. They are also looking for items like painters tape, gardening gloves, wheelbarrows etc. let me know if you want more information!!

Reminder: OPC's second annual Toast to Optimism is scheduled for October 20. It was a great even last year and all proceeds will once again go to help the kids oh Wilmington and the surrounding areas. Please contact Andrew or Summer Nettleman at 910.399.2735 for tickets.
