Mentorship, life skills development, traveling, group skills and coaching, networking, and career development.

We may be a little late posting, but we are right on time with the celebration.

We are incredibly proud of one of our own, Jonaiyah, for earning Second Runner-Up in the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Jabberwock Cotillion a few weeks ago.

Watching our young ladies grow in confidence, grace, leadership, and purpose is exactly why GRITS was started. It has been a joy to witness Jonaiyah continue to blossom and shine- from the shy creative member, to podcast host, to confident DIVA on stage for a Cotillion and beyond!

Congratulations again, Jonaiyah! Keep winning, keep growing, and keep becoming all you were created to be.
