What a weekend in Wilmington!

From kicking things off at our Opening Reception to two full days of the Southeastern Land Conference, this year’s SELC was filled with valuable conversations, incredible speakers, new ideas, and meaningful connections across the land industry.

Between educational sessions, networking, The Next Deal, The Big Bid, and everything in between, there was no shortage of opportunities to learn, connect, and grow alongside colleagues from across the Southeast.

We wrapped up an incredible few days with our Carolinas Chapter RLI Annual Meeting & Installation — the perfect way to close out a weekend centered around the people and relationships that make this industry so special.

What a year for the RLI Carolinas Chapter.

We wrapped up an incredible week in Wilmington with our 2026 Southeastern Land Conference with our Annual Meeting—and when we put the whole year on one page, even we had to admit… we’ve been busy.

Education across both states. Webinars and field experiences. Advocacy and industry engagement. Members serving on state, NAR and RLI National committees. A successful Southeast Land Conference. A stronger presence in both North and South Carolina. And somewhere along the way, we picked up the RLI Trailblazer Chapter Award.

But the best part of this Chapter has always been the people who show up.

We welcomed and installed our incoming Board of Directors and celebrated the leadership that will carry us into the next chapter. Larry Story ALC, takes the lead as President in January along with our new leadership team 😉 Oh, and Abe Mills, ALC was the Carolina's Land Realtor of the Year 👏

Thank you to our outgoing and incoming leaders, our members, RLI National, our instructors, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who gave their time, knowledge and energy this year.
