The Junior League of Wilmington’s Kitchen Tour Reimagined is a self-guided virtual tour that will showcase some of the area’s finest kitchens. Featured kitchens represent a variety of styles, sizes, and unique features. Selected kitchens are located throughout Wilmington, Newark, Hockess

in, Southern Chester County, and surrounding areas. Since 2004, the proceeds from the Kitchen Tour have supported the Junior League of Wilmington’s mission and community programs.

After a long hiatus the JLW Kitchen Tour is back with the acclaimed recipe of the area’s most gorgeous kitchen renovations combined with the region’s tastiest cuisine. Sponsorship packages start at just $750! There are a variety of different sponsorship levels available. Sponsors receive a 10% discount on sponsorship fees if paid in full by December 31, 2024.

The Junior League of Wilmington, DE, is bringing back our Whale of a Sale event for the first time since the COVID pandemic! Founded in 1980, Whale of a Sale has become a long-standing, yearly tradition. Whale of a Sale is a unique, grand-scale indoor “garage sale” designed to sell new and gently used merchandise at bargain prices. The public is invited to shop at Whale of a Sale with bargains featuring high-quality items, including unsold merchandise donated by local businesses, new or gently used appliances, children’s toys, clothes, electronics, sports equipment, small-scale furniture and much more.
