It’s time to challenge the paradigm of traditional education.

We often get asked. “How are you able to teach students in multiple grades academcis?” The answer is. We don’t. Mixed grade classes provides opportunity for students to learn to mentor other students. When you can teach a subject you have a deeper understanding of a subject.

Here are 10 Benefits to multi-grade classes.

1. Encourages Peer Mentorship and Leadership

Older students naturally take on leadership and mentoring roles, while younger students benefit from peer modeling. This reflects a biblical model of discipleship—older students helping guide and lift up the younger.

At Equip 210, we believe the next generation isn’t just learning for the future—they’re building it now. Our Entrepreneurship Program equips students with the mindset, skills, and biblical foundation to become Kingdom-minded leaders, problem-solvers, and creators in today’s world.

🎯 Purpose
To develop confident, creative, and Spirit-led young entrepreneurs who understand how to steward their gifts, generate ideas, build businesses, and impact culture with Kingdom purpose.

Students learn that entrepreneurship is a form of stewardship and worship. We explore how business can be used to serve others, glorify God, and expand the Kingdom, grounded in scriptures about diligence, generosity, leadership, and creativity.

🇺🇸 Today, We Remember 🇺🇸

On this Memorial Day, Equip 210 Wilmington honors the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is a powerful reminder of John 15:13 —
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

As we enjoy the blessings of freedom today, may we pause, reflect, and pray for the families who carry the weight of that sacrifice every day.

We are grateful. We are humbled. We will never forget.

It was a great week at Equip 210. We had a little flu bug run through some of our community, including our teachers, but I’m so proud of all of our community, we had amazing substitutes love our kids and had a truly sweet week. We wrapped up with a class on Micro Green growing today, we made prayer planting pots for our moms for Mother’s Day, we had Ravensguard BJJ Academy show up for our weekly JiuJitsu class and we learned Spanish.

That is just Thursday. We love our Equip family so much.
