PCYP gains access to prominent industry leaders and equally ambitious peers. The organization helps to improve its members’ networking skills, expand their contact base, and provides the opportunity to promote themselves and their business in a relaxing atmosphere. The goal of the PCYP is to ultimately help its members get involved in the local business scene and to impact the current and future marketplace. The third Wednesday of every month (subscribe to our calendar for changes), PCYP will host a networking event in some of the areas premier hot spots. These social settings provide a comfortable atmosphere for establishing new personal or professional relationships, allowing young business people to interact socially, exchange ideas and share common interests. Periodically, business leaders, public officials and industry experts will speak at events, providing PCYP with tips on how to advance their careers. PCYP gives young professionals the opportunity to:

• Get involved in the local business scene
• Impact the current and future marketplace

• Interact with young professionals throughout the Cape Fear area

"Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Nicky Mooney brings nearly 20 years of sales and real estate experience to D.R.Horton in Coastal North Carolina. Now calling Brunswick County home herself, Nicky loves helping buyers discover everything this area has to offer. From beautiful new homes to the coastal lifestyle that comes with them. Known online as the "Irish D.R.Horton Chick", she combines local knowledge, a straight forward approach, and a little Irish personality to make the home-buying process fun, informative and approachable. Let's welcome another new PCYP member!

Meet Laurel Frank, Office & Operations Manager, of Deuce Construction

"Deuce Construction is a family-owned, licensed, and insured construction company built on quality work and pride in what we do. We build and improve outdoor spaces of all kinds, from decks, fences, and docks to pergolas, outdoor showers, and custom projects. We take the time to do things right, pay attention to the details, and stand behind our work. Whether it’s a backyard fence or a waterfront dock, we treat every project like it’s our own backyard, because for us, it kind of is."

Our President, MacKenzie Cash, recently attended Port City Young Professionals monthly networking social on the UNCW campus!

Building relationships is an important part of our work at 360clean Wilmington. We’re excited to connect with local professionals, get to know the businesses that make this community special, and grow alongside them.

Thank you to Port City Young Professionals for bringing everyone together. We look forward to the next event!

Let's welcome another new PCYP member!

Meet Rose Tatum, Founder/CEO, of Volunteer Leadership Lab

"Growing up around Wilmington, I’ve watched this community’s heart beat in its people. That’s why I founded The Volunteer Leadership Lab—to build a culture where volunteering is woven into everything we do. I work with nonprofits to strengthen their volunteer programs and create meaningful impact. I’m also incredibly proud of launching the ILM Volunteer Hub, a free platform connecting our community to opportunities to serve. When you see me around, ask me about how we’re building Wilmington’s volunteer story—together."
