HAPPY SON AND DAUGHTER DAY! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Since this holiday revolves around spending time together rather than material gifts, many parents opt for simple, engaging activities. Check these ideas out!

🍳 Cook together: Make their favorite meal or surprise them with breakfast for dinner.

🌳 Go outdoors: Take a walk, have a picnic, or spend the afternoon at a local park.

🖼️ Reminisce: Look through old family photo albums and share stories about their childhood.

🤳 Reach out: If your sons and daughters are grown or live out of town, a long phone call, FaceTime, or Skype session is a great way to stay connected.

One of 20 children ages 3 to 5 has a vision problem that could result in permanent issues if left untreated. Despite this, 80 percent of preschoolers do not receive an eye screening.

Children’s Eye Health and Safety Awareness Month encourages parents to learn how to protect their child’s eyesight and save their child’s eyesight from vision threatening conditions through regular eye exams, hence early detection and proper treatment.

Have you taken your littles to the eye doc?

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated staff, Board of Directors, Parent Mentors, volunteers, community partners, and the amazing families we are privileged to serve. This achievement belongs to all of you, and we couldn't do this work without your trust, support, and collaboration.
