2025 Grant in Action! 🚐🐾

Thanks to a $50,000 grant from the Landfall Foundation, Canines for Service was able to purchase a new handicap-accessible vehicle, expanding their ability to serve Veterans throughout the community. Reliable, safe, and accessible transportation allows their team to reach more Veterans and provide personalized support where it’s needed most.

We are proud to support their mission to create life-changing partnerships between service dogs and Veterans with PTSD, TBI, military sexual trauma, and/or mobility limitations at no cost to them!

A few weeks ago, Landfall Foundation President Denise Baer had a meaningful visit to 2025 grantee DREAMS Center for Arts Education! She captured photos of all the hard work they have been doing to create a culture of confidence for youth and teens through equitable access to arts education. She was also able to tour the Landfall Foundation Music Studio, a room named through one of our grants! 🎶

We are proud to support programs like theirs that inspire learning, creativity, and opportunity for local youth right here in Wilmington. 💚

We’re honored to support the The Children's Museum of Wilmington's Sound Garden by helping the first two musical flowers take root! 🌱🌻

This joyful, welcoming space is growing into a place where children of all abilities can explore rhythm, sound, and creativity through hands-on play.
