Are you between the ages of 18–25 and exploring your career options?

Join us for a Career Exploration Workshop designed to help young adults discover career pathways, gain guidance, and explore opportunities for their future.

Participants will receive a $100 stipend for attending.

📍 Open to Delaware residents ages 18–25
💼 Learn about career paths, opportunities, and next steps
💵 Receive $100 for participating

If you are currently unemployed and looking for training to prepare you for employment, as well as assistance with job placement, click the link below. The next training session begins in January. Upon successful completion of the program, you can earn up to 12 professional certifications.

👉🏾OSHA 40 – HAZWOPER (Hazardous Materials Technician)
👉🏾OSHA Confined Space Entry (CSE)
👉🏾Aerial Lift and Mobile Scaffolding Basics

👉🏾Lead RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting)
👉🏾Forklift Operator
👉🏾Asbestos Worker
👉🏾Lock Out/Tag Out
👉🏾Soil Sampling
👉🏾Blood Borne Pathogens
👉🏾Storm Water Management
👉🏾Watershed Management
👉🏾Respirator Fit Testing

In order to qualify for enrollment, participants must:

Be 18 years of age or older
Be unemployed or underemployed
Be physically fit to do the work (able to lift 50 lbs., work in extreme heat/cold, etc.)
Successfully pass a background check on the s*x offender registry
Have a high school diploma or GED, or at least a 10th-grade level in math and reading.

🌍✈️ We’re Excited — RCO Heads to Montego Bay! 🇯🇲

We’re excited and ready to serve! Rebirth Community Outreach is putting our boots on the ground in Montego Bay, Jamaica. When our donated supplies arrive, our team will be there in person to help distribute food, clothing, and essential items to families impacted by Hurricane Melissa.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed, given, and supported this mission. Together, we are bringing hope and help where it’s needed most. 💛💚🖤

It is not too late to donate! The deadline for food, clothes, and hygiene products is November 17th and the deadline to give financially is November 20th.

If you would like to join us in Jamaica, contact us for more information. We will not know the date until we ship at the end of the month.
