Dear CSW Community,
On behalf of Jefferson Council and The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, we thank you for your commitment to Charterthon and the fight against childhood cancer. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus outbreak, Charterthon 2020 on March 20 has been postponed. Given the uncertainty of the weeks ahead, Jefferson Council has decided not to pursue another date for our all-night dance marathon. While this was an extremely difficult decision to make, the timing was simply not in our favor.
Over the school year, we have watched members of the Charter community and beyond come together to raise money and spread awareness for childhood cancer. Though we are not able to hold the dance this year, we are committed to continuing our fundraising efforts for The B+ Foundation and the children and families battling childhood cancer. For the remainder of the year, we will continue to promote our 2020 campaign by turning to online fundraising. In the next few weeks, you can expect to receive information concerning an online auction and other important fundraisers. Regarding the purchase of Charterthon tickets, Jefferson Council gave all of our funds directly to The B+ Foundation before the cancellation of the event. If you would like to be reimbursed for your ticket purchase, we understand and are happy to provide you with the organization’s information:

Thank you and B+,
