Today was day two of work! Our missioners continued working in the dry storage facility laying cement blocks to build up the walls while another team worked on mixing cement for fixing up a sidewalk outside the preschool for the village. Afterwards everyone headed to the beach to cool off and enjoy the beautiful day!

This Sunday!
Children and parents are welcome to join us for summer Godly Play. The Children’s Ministry will host these casual Godly Play sessions after the 9 AM service on Sundays, June 21, July 19, and August 16. All are invited to gather on the lawn (weather permitting) for a new story presentation each Sunday.

Our missioners took off this morning and arrived in the Dominican Republic this afternoon! They shared lunch, dinner, and devotions together today talking about why and how they serve. They are all looking forward to starting work bright and early tomorrow morning!

THIS WEEK WE LIFT UP...COFFEE & COMMUNITY AND LEMONADE ON THE LAWN
Coffee & Community and Lemonade on the Lawn are informal gatherings that allow us to catch up with friends, greet new visitors, and nurture relationships and connections with those in our community. Lemonade on the Lawn takes place on Sundays this summer between the 9 and 10:30 AM services. Please join us for this time of fellowship each week. Individuals and families volunteer to host by bringing treats and setting up beverages, and it’s an easy, fun way to provide hospitality and welcome.
