THE IMAGINATION PLAYERS “Yeah well, I’ve got a dream too, but it’s about singing and dancing and making people happy.

That’s the kind of dream that gets better the more people you share it with and, well, it kind of makes us like a family.” ~ Kermit the Frog Established in 2007 by Deb Johnson, The Imagination Players are a group of 85+ talented area children and teens (ages 7 to 18 years of age) who use song and dance to entertain families in the Wilmington area. While performance is the group's forte, their priority and focus remains on spreading goodwill, serving the community, building leadership skills, and promoting peace and tolerance through music, visitation, and community service. A portion of all proceeds generated by The Imagination Players will benefit local, national and international charities, especially those which benefit children and families.

On this day 13 years ago, we began learning our patriotic/military repertoire in preparation for our very first Veterans Day Goodwill Tour. It was one of the best decisions we ever made! The number of veterans we've met and performed for along our journeys - both through our goodwill tours as well as POW/MIA Chair of Honor dedications and veterans events - has been such a pleasure and honor. We are eagerly anticipating another awesome Veterans Day Goodwill Tour on November 11th! Special thanks to Shelley Collier for helping us learn these songs back in 2013!
