A great time was had by all last night at the WDV Lions Spring Concert in Media! Once again, Capital Effect—along with guest star Jo Hughes—rocked the house. A big thank you to Patrick and Kandy Hughes for all the hard work that went into making this event such a great success, and thanks to everyone who came out and supported.

Tickets are still available for the 2026 Western Delaware Valley Lions Club Jeep Raffle!
Only 600 tickets will be sold for $100 each with one winner driving home in a brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler from David Dodge.

Last year, WDVLC was able to disburse over $50,000 to over 34 organizations helping the blind, visually impaired, and other worthwhile causes and local community members facing hardship. You can find more detail on these organizations here:

Last night the Lions Club had our annual Holiday Party, this year at Alfredo's in Newtown Square. Food and service was fantastic and everyone really enjoyed themselves. It was a great opportunity to get together and discuss our accomplishments and plans for 2026. We also welcomed two new members to the club as you will see in the video.

Recently the Western Delaware Valley Lions Club had our Annual Dinner at Fava Ristorante Italiano in Glen Mills. We had a large turn out and enjoyed hearing about another successful year at the Lions Club. This year we raised over $50,000 which was distributed to deserving organizations and individuals in the community. Below are some pictures from the nights events:

Golf season is back!
Be sure to sign up for the Lions Club Annual Golf Outing. Taking place at Rock Manor Golf Course in Wilmington, DE on June 9th. Registration starts at 11:00am and will bring a day of food, drinks, and lots of prizes. We also raffle off our Jeep Wrangle at 5:00pm.
