Two weeks ago, Joe Arra was the lucky winner of a brand new Jeep Wrangler in this year’s Western Delaware Valley Lions Club Jeep Raffle. Rather than keeping the Jeep for himself, Joe made the generous decision to gift it to his daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Cole Trickel.

A big thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s raffle and helped support a great cause. Congratulations to Danielle and Cole — enjoy your new Jeep, and drive it in good health!

Enjoy the new Jeep, Joe! 🍀🚙

Another great end-of-year dinner last night at Fava Ristorante Italiano for the Western Delaware Valley Lions Club. We were proud to welcome five new members into the club.

While many organizations are struggling to retain and attract members, our Lions Club continues to grow and bring in younger members who are eager to serve the community. It’s exciting to see the future of the club looking so strong and bright. Here’s to another successful year of service and fellowship!

A great time was had by all last night at the WDV Lions Spring Concert in Media! Once again, Capital Effect—along with guest star Jo Hughes—rocked the house. A big thank you to Patrick and Kandy Hughes for all the hard work that went into making this event such a great success, and thanks to everyone who came out and supported.

Last night the Lions Club had our annual Holiday Party, this year at Alfredo's in Newtown Square. Food and service was fantastic and everyone really enjoyed themselves. It was a great opportunity to get together and discuss our accomplishments and plans for 2026. We also welcomed two new members to the club as you will see in the video.
