Movie nights are brewing at Flytrap Brewing! Films on Tap starts at 7 PM on October 9, 16, 23, and 30, with FREE popcorn.

On October 17, let the dogs steal the show! The Eagle’s Dare’s FREE Woof-a-Ween costume party and contest runs from 1–4 PM. Bring the family, your pup, a leash, and their costume. 🐾

Fall has officially arrived downtown! 🍂🎃 From fall festivals and family-friendly Halloween fun to Hocus Pocus under the stars, there’s plenty happening across Downtown Wilmington this October. Save these dates and make plans to get out and enjoy it. 👇

🍂 Cargo District Fall Festival: Sunday, October 25 | 12–4 PM
Head to The Cargo District for a family-friendly fall festival featuring free fall-themed activities, food and drink specials, a district-wide scavenger hunt, shop sales, local vendors, and more.

🎬 Celebrate Downtown & Movie in the Park: Friday, October 30 | 5 PM
Join the City of Wilmington, NC Government for a free, family-friendly Halloween evening with food trucks, treats, music, lawn games, activities, and Hocus Pocus on the big screen starting at 6:45 PM. Costumes are encouraged, and DBA will be there too, so stop by our table and say hello!

🎃 The Great Downtown Pumpkin Hunt: Saturday, October 31 | 12–4 PM
Spend Halloween exploring downtown during the Great Downtown Pumpkin Hunt! Families can visit participating businesses, find pumpkins, scan along the way, and earn entries for a chance to win prizes from local museums.

Downtown businesses, want in on the hunt? Participating businesses will be able to grab a pumpkin to hide at their location and welcome families through their doors throughout the afternoon. Sign-ups are coming soon!
