PASTORAL APPRECIATION MONTH | LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT 💙🛠️

This month, Strong Tower Outreach Ministries continues to honor the leaders whose dedication, sacrifice, and service have made a lasting impact on our ministry, their families, and our community.

Today, we honor Assistant Pastor Micah Register — The Ministry Carpenter! 🛠️💙

Some people see what needs to be built. Others are willing to pick up the tools and get to WORK!

And Assistant Pastor Micah? He’s a BUILDER!

But don’t let the title fool you. We don’t call him The Ministry Carpenter simply because he’s handy, able-bodied, or knows his way around a toolbox.

He’s building something much greater than what our eyes can see.

From helping renovate the physical walls of Strong Tower to strengthening the ministries operating within them, AP Micah has become an essential part of bringing the vision to life.

A father. A musician. A servant. A leader. And now, an Assistant Pastor.

Some may describe him as quiet, but don’t mistake his position behind the scenes for a lack of impact!

Because while others are watching what’s happening in front of them, he’s often working on what’s being built behind them.

He sees where support is needed, where something needs strengthening, and where people need someone willing to step in and help put the pieces together.

And perhaps one of his greatest assignments is helping to build up the MEN of Strong Tower. Encouraging growth, strengthening brotherhood, and helping cultivate men who are equipped to lead, serve, and walk in their God-given purpose.

He’s not just helping build a church. He’s helping build PEOPLE.

And as new faces become part of our ministry family, his willingness to connect, serve, and help bring people together continues to strengthen the foundation of what God is establishing at Strong Tower.

Assistant Pastor Micah, thank you for every sacrifice, every unseen assignment, every wall you’ve helped restore, and every life you’ve helped strengthen.

Thank you for being willing to build what God has given us the vision to become.

Because a true carpenter understands that the strength of what is being built depends on the foundation beneath it.

And at Strong Tower, we’re grateful for the hands, heart, and leadership God has entrusted to help us build. 🛠️💙

Today, we honor Assistant Pastor Angela Register — The Atmosphere Shifter! 🔥🕊️

Some people walk into a room and adjust to the atmosphere. Others walk in carrying the power to CHANGE IT.

And from the moment Assistant Pastor Angela stepped into Strong Tower, she came as a POWERHOUSE!

With a heart for ministry, an eye for what needs to be done, and a creative spirit that refuses to settle for ordinary, she has helped build, strengthen, and elevate this ministry in ways that cannot go unnoticed.

She doesn’t just see what is. She sees what it CAN become.

Her creativity brings vision to life. Her determination turns obstacles into opportunities. Her leadership challenges us to move beyond what is comfortable and pursue what is possible through God.

But what makes her impact even more remarkable is everything she carries while continuing to pour.

A wife. A mother. A woman of God. And now, an Assistant Pastor.

Through seasons of grief, personal challenges, and the responsibilities of everyday life, she continues to show up, stand strong, and answer the call.

Every mantle placed upon her shoulders, every baton passed into her hands, every assignment entrusted to her care—she picks it up and carries it with grace, strength, and unwavering determination.

And then there’s her VOICE! 🔥

When Assistant Pastor Angela opens her mouth, something happens. Her praise commands attention. Her worship invites surrender. Her words challenge, encourage, and awaken something within those listening.

She doesn’t simply occupy space. She shifts it.

What was stagnant begins to move. What was heavy begins to lift. What was ordinary becomes an opportunity for God to do something extraordinary.

She reminds us that a true woman of God is not defined by how many responsibilities she carries, but by her willingness to remain faithful to the One who called her.

Assistant Pastor Angela, thank you for your vision, creativity, dedication, sacrifice, and relentless commitment to building Strong Tower. Thank you for every assignment you’ve accepted, every burden you’ve helped carry, and every moment you’ve allowed God to use your voice to strengthen His people.

You have not only helped us build a ministry. You’ve helped create an atmosphere where people can grow, worship, heal, and encounter God.

And we are better because of it.

CLERGY APPRECIATION MONTH | LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT 💙⛈️

This month, Strong Tower Outreach Ministries continues to honor the leaders whose lives and service have left an undeniable impact on our ministry, their families, and our community.

Today, we honor Overseer Joyce Lewis — The Quiet Storm. ⛈️

There is something powerful about a storm that you don’t hear coming.

Overseer Joyce carries a quiet and modest spirit, but never mistake her quietness for the absence of power. When the storm reaches its peak, the strength God has placed within her becomes impossible to ignore.

She is our Minister of Weeping, and even her tears minister.

Like rain falling upon dry ground, the tears she sheds in intercession have watered countless seeds throughout her family, our ministry, and the community. She carries people before God. She weeps with those who weep. She labors in prayer. And through that intercession, things begin to grow. 🌧️🌱

But then there’s the other side of the storm.

When Overseer Joyce opens her mouth in praise and worship, atmospheres SHIFT. That quiet spirit becomes a thunderous voice declaring the goodness, faithfulness, and power of God. When His presence meets her worship, it doesn’t remain contained to her—it strengthens and overtakes everything and everyone within proximity.

And perhaps one of the greatest testimonies of The Quiet Storm is the storm she has survived herself.

Through unimaginable grief, including the loss of her eldest son, and through the everyday trials of life, she has continued to stand. Continued to worship. Continued to serve. Continued to love. Continued to intercede. Her strength doesn’t tell us that storms don’t hurt; her life shows us what it looks like when the storm doesn’t get the final word.

There is a light in her that hardship has not been able to extinguish.

Overseer Joyce, your quiet strength inspires us. Your tears water us. Your prayers cover us. Your worship shifts us. Your perseverance reminds us that strength doesn’t always have to announce itself to be powerful.

Sometimes it looks like a woman quietly standing through the rain…

until she opens her mouth and the thunder reminds you exactly Who is with her. ⛈️⚡
