The Center for Community Research and Services (CCRS) and the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), in partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLBank), are now accepting applications from Delaware communities for the 2027 Blueprint Communities cohort.

Blueprint Communities® strengthens local capacity while connecting communities to public and private investment opportunities that help bring revitalization efforts to life!

In March, the Biden School’s Center for Community Research & Service kicked off its first round of CDI Mid-Atlantic Training—bringing together people committed to building stronger communities.

A big thank you to West Side Grows Together for welcoming our Year 3 participants and giving us a thoughtful tour of Wilmington’s Westside. We had the chance to see firsthand where real impact is happening—including the Rodney Street Reservoir and Lifelines, a housing initiative supporting youth aging out of foster care.

It was a great reminder that this work is about connection, collaboration, and showing up for one another. Grateful to learn alongside people who care deeply about the communities they serve.
